President & Co-Founder David Bailey has been in the Call Center Industry since 1981. He has owned and operated one of the largest and most successful Call Centers in the United States. He has pioneered innovated marketing ideas and new services to enhance the profit margins for Call Centers from Coast to Coast.

Co-Founder and Vice President Erica Ashforth brings over fifteen years of experience in the Call Center industry. From hiring & recruiting, administration set up to advanced management training programs. She has a strong background in sales and call center sales management, designing training programs and sales scripts.  She is a motivator with a strong focus on employee and customer retention.
